Nostradamus Prophecies

The pages were last updated in 1994. Keep in mind, Nostradamus rarely gave actual dates of occurrences. Many scholars of Nostradamus may interpret his quatrains accurately, but blow it by guessing the date based on current events. Mostly Nostradamus indicates the time of the event by giving an astrological arrangement. All solar systems drift slightly in space and over 500 years, these arrangements can alter through time, only giving us a window of time, give or take a year or two.

However, Nostradamus did give us a date, clearly indicated in one of his quatrains, a date that is upon us now, the seventh month of 1999. So, what's supposed to happen in July? Nobody really knows for sure. Until recently, it was believed that Nostradamus foresaw the United States, New York, under attack by the Antichrist or another nation, and WWIII is well under way.

Below is the famous quatrain that makes refferance to July, 1999. Note: it only gives the month and year, not the day.

In the year 1999 and seven months

From the sky will come the great King of Terror.

He will bring back to life the King of the Mongols:

Before and after, war reigns.

Some scholars argue that this quatrain could have nothing to do with war and could take place in outer space, an event that could eventually lead to the end of life on Earth, as we know it. Some believe it may have something to do with the E.L.E. comet that is currently in our solar system. This comet will never hit Earth, but it will come close to Mars after its orbit around the Sun. Some scientists believe, as it completes its orbit around the Sun, it may cause an increase in solar activity. A mega solar flare could hit us, or both could eventually occure.

Here are a couple of quatrains that make refferance to us getting hit by a mega solar flare or comet.

The great famine do I see drawing near:

Turning from one way to another and becoming universal.

A famine so great and so long that man shall become a man-eater.

One thing is for sure, if the United States is under attack, it is not by the Antichrist. Nobody knows who he is and nobody will know who he is until he has engulfed the whole world under his power, a one-world government. We do know he comes from the E.U. (European Union) and he comes in peacefully. The E.U. will come to be the one-world government.

Those of you who are clueless about the E.U., headquarters is currently located in Belgium but will be moved to Rome Italy (E.U.R.). They started out many years ago organizing Europe as a purchasing power for food and other commodities, known then as the Common Market. In the year 2000 all E.U. nations will change their currency to the Euro. This will make the E.U. an economic and political power to be reckon with. The book of Revelation refers to the E.U. as the rebirth of the Roman Empire.
